Designed and implemented 2.5 M€ – 750 m2 multi lab/office rebuild project during COVID19 lockdown. Implemented high-throughput automated methods for complex mixture and polyolefin microstructure analysis.

Setup polymer NMR spectroscopy laboratory (500 solids + 400 solution) and integrated NMR into quality managed LIMS. Implemented high-throughput automated methods for microstructure analysis of HDPE, LLDPE, PP, PP copolymers, LDPE, LDPE copolymers and olefin terpolymers into R&D environment.
Improved standard quantitative IR method through statistical analysis and automated data analysis. Developed advanced methods for orientation quantification. Act as consultant to R&D on interpretation of results and IPR issues. Give internal workshops and technical development courses on polymer spectroscopy.
